摘要
提出了洪水控制方案生成的多准则模型，并将多目标综合利用水库的洪水代化调度问题简化为单目标优化问题，便于求解．
A new kind of multi-criteria model for generating flood control schema is proposed,so thatit makes flood optimal dispatching problem of multiobjective and comprehensive utilizing reservoirbecome a single objective optimal problem which will be easily solved.
