黎钦铁路增建二线工程的水土流失影响程度分析

摘要 铁路建设工程中的路基修筑、隧道开凿、取土弃渣均会导致大量的水土流失,对铁路沿线生态环境造成不利影响。论文以广西黎钦铁路增建二线工程为例,通过水土流失影响指数评价模型来定量分析、评判该工程的水土流失影响程度。结果表明,该项目的水土流失影响指数值为0.11,不到全国铁路建设项目水土流失影响指数平均值的40%,这表明与新建铁路工程相比,增建二线工程造成的水土流失影响程度较小。其主要原因是工程占地(2.02hm2·km^-1)和影响面积(0.28hm2·km^-1)较小、工程总土石方量(3.86×10^4m3·km^-1)和弃方量(0.28×10^4m3·km^-1)较少、工程水土流失总量(211.61t·km^-1)不大。通过缩短施工期和增加水土流失治坪面积,可进一步减弱该工稃的水土流失影响,更好地保护项目沿线的生态环境。 During the railways construction period, subgrade construction, tunnel excavation, etc. will induce soil and water loss, which has negative impact on eco-environment of the regions along the railway. In this study, the impact of soil and water loss for construction of the second line of Litang-Qinzhou railway was quantitatively analyzed and evaluated by using the SWlI method. The results showed that the impact index value of soil erosion and water loss in the project was 0.11, which was 60% lower than the averaged value of impact indices of railway construction projects in China. The causes for the low index value included less occupation land (2.02 hm2·km^-1) and influence area (0.28 hm2·km^-1), little earthwork volume (3.86×10^4 m3·km^-1) and wasted excavation (0.28×10^4 m3·km^-1), and small amount of soil and water loss (211.61 t·km^-1). In addition, we could reduce construction period and increase control area of soil and water loss to mitigate the impact of soil and water loss and protect the eco-environment of the regions along the railway.
