摘要
当前,我国林业正处在一个重要的变革和转折时期,随着经济体制改革的不断深化,国有林场存在的诸多困难与问题日益凸现,严重制约着国有林场的发展。余杭区长乐林场在国有林场深化体制改革、经营管理等方面进行了有益的探索。通过近10 a的改革与发展,林场建设取得了明显成效,总结出一些国有林场改革与发展思路供探讨。
At present,forestry is at an important period of change and transition in China,with the deepening of economic system reform,many difficulties and problems existed in state-owned forest farms become more apparent,seriously restricting the development of state-owned forest farms.Changle Forest Farm of Yuhang District,Hangzhou City has made a useful exploration on the deepening of reform and management of state-owned forest farms.Through nearly 10 years reform and development,construction of forest farm has made remarkable achievements,some ideas about reform and development of state-owned forest farms were summarized for discuss.
