摘要
介绍新钢线棒材厂高速线材生产线粗轧前八架轧机开发无孔型轧制的情况,重点介绍其工艺参数的确定、导卫装置的改造等方面的内容。实践表明,无孔型轧制在提高生产率和轧辊利用率、改善产品表面质量等方面效果显著。
The debelopment of pass-free for the first eight passes of high speed wire rod mill in Xingang Wire Rod and Bar Plant is introduced.The determine of process data,guide fittings modification are described.Practice shows that： there is significantly effect for raising productivity,roller operating factorand improving surface quality of wire rod.
