摘要 简要阐述了同工酶、染色体技术和几种常见的DNA分子标记技术,如随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、扩增片断长度多态性(AFLP)、微卫星标记(SSR)等技术在对虾类(Penaeus)遗传多样性研究中的应用。
