摘要
阐述了竞争情报体系的涵义,介绍了国内外企业利用竞争情报为决策提供依据的最佳实践经验,总结了优秀竞争情报体系的特征。结合企业面临的外部环境和挑战,分析了电力科技企业情报服务的现状和不足,提出了竞争情报体系的建设思路和建议,对电力科技企业的建设实践具有一定的指导意义。
The meaning of competitive intelligence system and best practices of the domestic and foreign enterprises are briefly introduced in this paper.Basing on it,the characteristics of excellent competitive intelligence system are summarized.Combining the external environment and challenges of power technology enterprise,the status and insufficient of intelligence service are analyzed.The thinkings and suggestions proposed in this paper have certain directive sense for construction practice of power technology enterprise.
