摘要
目的研究肿瘤患者对护士自身素质及护理质量的期望。方法自编问卷，对重庆市4所医院的55例肿瘤患者展开调查。结果不同职业患者对护士“操作技术”、“职业道德”的期望得分最高，对护士“知识水平”、“职业形象”的期望得分均值相对较低；不同学历患者对护士期望各因子打分3．63～4．83分，高中学历患者对护士素质期望得分均值最高，无学历的患者对护士素质期望得分均值最低；在病区环境方面，56．36％患者要求尽量安静，20．00％患者认可在恰当的时候适当活跃；67．27％患者认为护士的夜间查房不影响其睡眠。55例肿瘤患者疼痛自评分为（2．51±2．99）分，心情状态得分（6．54±2．75）分；疼痛自评分和心情自评分存在相关（P〈0．05）。90．9l％患者认为护士能帮助他们减轻身体和心理上的痛苦，护士对肿瘤患者身体痛苦的减轻程度打分为（6．69±3．70）分，对心理痛苦的减轻程度打分为（6．67±3．17）分，两者表现出较强的相关性（19〈0．01）。结论护理人员应针对不同职业、不同学历的患者提供个性化的护理服务，关注肿瘤患者的实际期望，不断改善工作方法，提升护理质量。
Objective To explore the expectation of tumor patients to the diathesis of nurses and quality of nursing service. Methods Fifty-five tumor patients in four hospitals in Chongqing. were investigated by self-imposed questionnaires. Results Operative technique and work ethic is the highest expectation for nurses. Other important expectations are service attitude, capability for communication and healthy guidance. The relative lower expectation are knowledge and the occupational image. People in different vocation and different education background have different expectation on the nurse＇ s quality （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Most tumor patients expect a tranquil environment in sick bays. Also, they hope the nurses can enliven the sick bays in the appropriate moment. A majority of patients believe that the nurse is able to alleviate their physical and psychological affliction. When it comes to the healthy guidance, the manual workers expect the minimum expectation. On the contrary, the teachers have the highest expectation. Conclusions People should pay more attention to the tumor patients＇ practical expectation, provide the personalized nursing service which are specific to patients in different vocations and different education background, continuously upgrading the nursing quality.
