摘要
电子政务的推行是转变政府职能、行政体制改革的重要途径，也是推进我国民主化进程的关键。因而最大限度地提高公众对于电子政务的参与程度，是摆在我国政府面前急需解决的重要问题。本文主要从公众的用户角度出发，在已有文献回^顾的基础上，对公众参与电子政务的原因进行了探索，并给出了提高公众参与程度的相关建议。
E-government development is an important approach to transformation of government functions and propelment of administrative reforms in China, which is a key to promotion of democratizing process. Therefore the problem of improving citizens＇ enthusiasm for E-government still remained and plagued governments. Based on reviewing the previous literatures, this p^per explore the determinants of citizens＇ adoption of E-government from the point of view of demand-side and give some suggestions.
