摘要
随机抽取浙江财经学院体育舞蹈选项班的100名二年级女大学生进行为期一个学年的体育舞蹈锻炼,对其进行锻炼前后体适能各项指标测试。结果表明:体育舞蹈锻炼对提高女大学生心肺适能、肌肉力量和肌力耐力适能、柔韧性适能有积极影响,对提高健康体适能水平具有显著的效果。
This paper selected 100 second year female university students of Sports dance option class in Zhejiang finance and economics institute at random,carried on for the school year sports dance exercise,and carries on before the exercise to it the postosome suitable to be able each target test.The result snows: The sports dance exercise to enhances the female university students heart and lungs functions,the muscle strength and the myo-strength endurance function,the flexibility suitable be able to have the positive influence,enhances the healthy body function level to have the remarkable effect.
