摘要
目的:探讨锌-金属硫蛋白(Zn-Metallothionein,Zn-MT)对耐力训练大鼠血清微量元素代谢及抗氧化酶的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为安静组、运动对照组、补充Zn-MT+运动组。按Bedford运动模型运动6周后即刻处死,取血测定大鼠血清Se、Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg含量及血清部分抗氧化酶的活性,并进行有关统计学检验。结果:与实验前相比,运动结束后大鼠血清Se、Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg含量呈下降趋势,血清中GSH、GSH-Px活性下降且有显著性差异(P<0.05);而运动对照组血清中CAT、GST、T-AOC和T-SOD活性在大强度运动后上升有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:①补充Zn-MT可以使各离子浓度回升,机体内的某些无机金属离子会产生一定的促生成和转运作用;②补充Zn-MT可以增强大鼠血清酶的活性,降低急性大强度运动造成的机体抗氧化酶活性对机体造成氧化应激损伤。
The purpose of this study was to probe into the influence of the microelement supersession of serum of big mouse on endurance after supplement Zn-MT.24 male SD big mice were chosen and divided into a quiet group,a sport control group,and supplemented Zn-MT sport group at random.Exercises were taken according to Bedford model and the mice were put to death at once after take exercises for 6 week.Se,Fe,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg content and antioxidant enzymes were tested.Compared with the quiet group,serum of Se,Fe,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg content GSH,GSH-Px were presented with a downward trend.CAT,GST,T-AOC and T-SOD rose after the movement.It could be seen that supplementing MT could inhibit this kind of trend,make every ion density go up.It was concluded that supplementing Zn-MT would produce certain urging to produce and transship function to some inorganic metal ion in the organism.It could rise the active of antioxidant enzymes and decrease xidative stress injury on the body by acute high-intensity exercise.
