摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,从高职毕业生市场需求和企业对高职学生就业能力的评判标准两方面分析了高职高专学生人格魅力养成的重要性,并在此基础上探讨校园社团活动对高职高专学生人格魅力养成的作用,主要包括组织能力和自我管理能力;身心健康的发展;思想道德修养;创新能力;表达交际能力;实践能力和适应社会的能力。
By taking advantage of literature consultation,questionnaire,expert interviews and statistics,importance of cultivating college students＇ charming personalities is analyzed on the basis of market demand for college graduates as well as the criteria on employment capacity that meet the enterprises.In addition,the roles that campus activities play in improving college students＇ charming personalities are discussed,including organizational skills and self-management skills;physical and mental health development;ideological and moral cultivation;innovation;communicative competence;practical ability and ability to adapt to society.
