不同稗草密度对草地早熟禾土壤微生物变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过稀释平板菌落计数法,对不同密度稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv)共生对草地早熟禾(Poapratensis L.)根际土壤微生物产生的阶段性影响进行了研究。结果表明,草地早熟禾根际土壤中细菌数量随着稗草密度的增大而增加,并有随稗草生长而数量增加的趋势,直到枯萎期才开始减少;在稗草苗期和枯萎期放线菌的数量受稗草密度的影响较小;但在生长期随着稗草密度的增大;数量有一定减少,抽穗期有所增加;土壤真菌的数量随着稗草密度增大,在稗草苗期和生长期数量逐渐减少,而在枯萎期逐渐增加。 The gradual effect on different densities of Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv to the rhizosphere soil microorganism of Poa pratensis L.was researched by the method of diluted plate culture count.The results showed that the amount of rhizosphere soil bacteria of Poa pratensis L.was positively relative to the density and development of Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv,it began to decrease at the wilting stage.The density of Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv had a few effect on the amount of actinomyces at the seedling stage and wilting stage,but the amount was reduced with the increasing density of Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv at the growing stage,but increased on the heading stage.The amount of soil fungi had the negative relationship with the density of Echinochloa crusgalli L.Beauv,and it was decreased during the seedling stage and growing stage,but increased during the wilting stage.
