摘要
针对大学生毕业半年后离职率高的情况,参照麦可思研究院2009年大学毕业生就业报告,对其原因及不利影响进行分析,并从加强校企合作、深化教学改革、强化社会实践、科学生涯规划、培养学习能力等方面提出了提高大学毕业生就业稳定性的对策.
In view of graduating students' high demission rate in half an year after graduation,this paper analyzes its reasons and adverse effects by reference to Mycos institute's Chinese College Graduates' Employment Annual Report(2009),and presents countermeasures to improve the employment stability of college graduates from such aspects as strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,futhering teaching innovation,intensifying social practice,making scientific career planning and developing learning ability.
