摘要
随着全国节能减排政策的实施推广,传统的发电调度模式向节能环保的发电调度模式转变。结合节能发电调度办法和国家环境保护标准,提出了基于排污成本累加的节能减排发电调度模型。在结合传统经济发电调度模型的基础上,综合考虑了污染物排放水平、排放收费及其排放浓度约束,建立考虑了污染物排放因素的以全网供电煤耗最小和总发电成本最小的目标函数,并通过算例分析了新型发电调度模型的有效性。针对模型的适用范围和影响因素,提出了有益的建议。
Along with the implementation and widespread of energy saving and emission reduction policy all over the country,model of traditional power generation schedule model transforms into that of energy saving and environmental protection.An energy saving and emission reduction model base on waste discharge cost rollup is proposed in accordance with energy saving generation schedule method and national environmental protection standard.Target function with minimum coal consumption for power supply and minimum generation cost are set in consideration of all factors of pollution discharge,with a view of pollutant emission level,discharging fee and discharge concentration constraints,upon traditional power generation schedule model.And effectiveness of power generation schedule model is analysed by examples.Helpful suggestions are made in respect to the scope and influence factors of the model.
