摘要
在当前教育政策贯彻执行的实践中存在着多元利益主体利益争锋的现象,其产生有着深刻的主客观原因。本文从利益契合点的寻求、执行过程监督机制的完善和以实质正义的再审视三个方面分析教育政策执行过程中多元利益主体之间的关系,对于准确、全面地贯彻执行党和国家的教育政策,促进党的教育方针、政策的全面落实,具有重要意义。
In the current practice of the education policy implementation,there is a phenomenon that the diverse stakeholders always conflict with each other,these problems are caused by some profound factors.By seeking the common interests,improving the supervision mechanism of the educational policy implementation and re-examining the educational policy implementation with the real justice,we can analyze the relationships among stakeholders during the progress of educational policy implementation.This can ensure that the implementation process of the educational policy smoothly and correctly.
