摘要
当今知识生产力时代,知识资本已成为企业核心能力的基石与价值创造的源泉,企业拥有知识资本就意味着拥有财富和未来,而企业知识资本的优势培育是通过企业内部的知识资本运营与外部的知识资本扩张来实现的,企业在进行知识资本扩张过程中,应根据自身的生产资本与知识资本的多少,去选择不同的模式来完成自身的知识资本扩张,从而实现企业的战略目标。
Nowadays,knowledge is the productive forces.The knowledge capital has becoming the foundation of an enterprise＇s core capability as well as the source of the creation of values.An enterprise with knowledge capital means its wealth and future.Meanwhile, the advantage cultivation of the knowledge capital comes from its knowledge capital operation and outer expansion.In the process of expansion,modes patterns should be closed according to the enterprise＇s own capacity of production and knowledge capital. In this way,the strategic goals of the enterprise can be realized.
