摘要
为了提高铜鼓风炉配料的准确度,针对铜鼓风炉配料系统的特点,提出了鼓风炉配料计量新模式,根据所加物料类型的不同,对块状物料采用料斗秤静态计量;对湿粉状物料采用全悬浮式的电子皮带秤动态计量。并以此为核心建立起分布式现场总线控制系统,选用性价比高的SIEMENS PLC作为主控制站,由PLC控制给料设备,利用PROFIBUS—DP总线技术将分布的设备连成整体,采用组态软件对系统进行实时监控,实现了微机自动控制,提高了配料的稳定性和准确度。应用结果表明,设计系统能够使鼓风炉配料系统的准确度、实时性、可靠性等方面得到很大的提高。
In order to further improve the accuracy of material blending in copper balanced-blast furnaces,this paper presents a new model for weighting the blending materials in accordance with the characteristics of blast furnace batching system.In considering to the diversity of material types,a hopper balance static scale is used for weighting block material;and a total suspension electronic belt balance dynamic scale is used for weighting powder material.Based on these selections,a distributed field-bus control system is established,which uses a cost-effective SIEMENS PLC as the master control station.The PLC controls the feeding equipment.Using PROFIBUS-DP bus technology,all distributed equipments are connected together into a completed system.The equipments are monitored real-time using a configuration software to achieve computer control and improve the accuracy and efficiency of feeding materials.The site results obtained demonstrate that the accuracy,the real time performance and the reliability of this system are significantly improved.
