摘要
通过诱导桉树抗寒速生优良无性系GY66植株生根的系列试验,结果表明采用系列培养基进行程序培养诱导组培苗生根的效果显著优于常规的诱根培养方法,根诱导率可从30%~40%提高至90%左右。研究的初步结论认为:难生根桉树品系的植株在萌发不定根的过程中,极性反应是决定根器官能否发生的重要原因,经过调节极性表现的系列培养可以提高植株极性反应的水平,调整生理反应的同步性,由此达到提高生根率的目的。预计这种程序培养方法还可以应用于其它难生根桉树品系的组织培养快繁育苗。
The rapid propagation of clone GY66 of E.wetarensis ×E.camaldulensis, focusing on rooting rate were carried out,the results showed that the rooting effect on a series of media of pattern culture was better than that of on the customary rooting media supplemented with auxin;and the root formation frequency could increase from 30%~40% to about 90% evidently.It came to a conclusion that the polar representation of root organ played an important part in the occurrence of root primordia and the formation of adventitious root itself.Therefore,it's possible to improve the rooting frequency of this clone and even other species which are difficult to root by the pattern culture by means of physiological regulation and polar representation.
