摘要
以马来酸酐、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸和苯乙烯磺酸钠为主要原料,通过自由基聚合出一种马来酸型聚羧酸水煤浆分散剂,并将该分散剂用于水煤浆制浆,通过对该分散剂制得的水煤浆的各项性能进行测试与分析,可以看出:该分散剂性质稳定,在不同程度上改善了水煤浆的性能,具有较好的降黏效果,并明显增强了浆体的静态稳定性。
A new maleic acid-type polycarboxylic coal water slurry dispersant synthesized by maleic anhydride,polyglycol,methyl acrylic acid and styrene sulfonic sodium,are used for the preparation of coal water slurry.And the performance of the prepared coal water slurry is analyzed.It is found that the dispersant have steady properties.It can improve performances of coal water slurry to a different degree,with satisfying effects of cutting down the visconsity and ability to improve the static stability of coal water slurry.
