摘要
烧结环形冷却机,为烧结工艺中烧结矿冷却用承载设备。环冷机是红热烧结矿与成品整粒间的过渡环节,是烧结工艺中最为重要、工作环境最为恶劣的设备之一。该设备运行是否是稳定,将对烧结生产产生很大的影响。通过分析460 m2鼓风冷却式环形冷却机跑偏故障,从故障发生的现象、原因、措施、改造效果等方面进行总结。通过这些改造措施,解决了大型环形冷却机跑偏的问题。
The sintered ring cooler for sintering process of sinter cooling load equipment.Ring cold sinter machine is red hot and finished the transition between the whole aspect of the sintering process is the most important,the work environment one of the worst equipment.Whether the device is stable running,will have a huge impact sintering.Analysis of 460m2 blast cooled by cooler ring fault deviation from the phenomenon of failure,causes,measures to transform the results,etc.were summarized.Through these reform measures to address the large deviation problem annular cooler.
