摘要
"赵作海"案件的发生,使得刑讯逼供再次成为社会普遍关注的热点。刑讯逼供现象不仅是对程序正义的一种背离,也是对人权的一种侵害。由"赵作海"案可以得到启示:为维护法律权威,正义不容打折;捍卫司法的公正是实现正义的重要保证。
The ＂Zhao Zuohai＂ case caused ＂extorting confession by torture＂ once again to become the widespread focus of attention. The phenomenon of ＂extorting confession by torture＂ is not only a departure from the procedural justice, but also is a violation of human rights. From ＂Zhao Zuohai＂ case, it can be revealed that justice must not be discounted; and to safeguard the impartiality of justice is an important guarantee of justice.
