摘要
对青岛、北京、深圳、济南、大连等城市的软件产业规模、从业人员、研发费用、发展模式、政策措施和软件园区等方面进行比较,分析可见,青岛市软件产业存在的问题包括:企业规模小、管理不规范,人才缺乏,创新能力薄弱、拥有自主知识产权的核心产品少,缺少龙头企业的带领、产业集群缺乏合力,政府扶持力度不够等。若要进一步促进青岛市软件产业健康发展,应在产业定位、政策保障、园区建设、产业集群、人才战略、技术创新等六个方面采取对策。
Compared the scale of software industry,employees,RD investment,development models,policy measures and software gardens in Qingdao,Beijing,Shenzhen,Jinan,and Dalian,the existing problems in Qingdao’s software industry are as follows： smaller enterprise scale,management of non-standard,shortage of talent,weak innovative ability,less core products with intellectual property,shortage of leader enterprise,lack of the joint effort of industry cluster,and inadequate support from the government.To further promote the healthy development of the software industry of Qingdao,the relevant countermeasures should be taken from the aspect of industry position,policy support,industry park construction,industry cluster,talent strategy and technological innovation.
