摘要
随着政府投资的快速增长,对政府投资项目的监督已成为当前的焦点.在湖北省人大财经委加强政府投资审查监督方面所做探索的基础上,分析在监管制度、监督方式等方面仍存在的问题,并提出地方人大提高监督实效的建议.
With the rapid growth of government investment,the supervision on government investment project has become the current focus.Based on the Hubei provincial people′s Congress for financial authority to strengthen government investment examination and supervision,this article analyses the existing problems about regulatory methods of supervision and makes some suggestions to the improvement of supervision effectiveness.
