摘要
鉴于战略性新兴产业的特点及过去风险投资存在的问题,分析战略性新兴产业发展中政府引导风险投资的必要性,在此基础上提出了政府在扶持方式、财政税收政策、绩效评价机制及监督管理等方面给予扶持的思路,使风险投资的发展能够助推战略性新兴产业的腾飞.
In view of the features of new strategic industries and problems in venture capital supervision and management,the manner of support,financial and tax policies,legislation,performance evaluation,supervision and management in the part of the government are the necessities,which will make the development of venture capital greatly promote the new strategic industries.
