摘要
从产业投资配置的角度出发,构建了一个既追求经济效率,又考虑地区间及产业间人均收入差距最小化的最优化产业投资配置模型,该模型确定了在社会总投资一定的情况下,如何在各地区的各产业间配置投资,以求在保证经济效率的前提下实现最大的公平。并以贵州省为例作实验研究,验证了模型的有效性。
From the way of industry investment allocation,This paper constructs a optimizational industry investment allocation model which pursue both the economic efficiency and the minimum income gap per capital among both districts and industry.the model can find how to allocate investment among different industry in different districts to achieve the maximum average which ensure the economic efficiency,and this paper have demonstrated the model is effective by making an experimental research on it using the relative data about Guizhou province.
