摘要
目的：观察中医正骨手法对保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,按1：1比例随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例.两组均给予腰椎牵引及微波理疗的非手术保守治疗方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用中医正骨手法,连续治疗15d后观察两组的临床疗效.结果：观察组50例中,优15例,良20例,可10例,差5例 对照组50例中,优3例,良18例,可22例,差7例.两组总有效率比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,但两组优良率比较,差异却有显著性（卡P〈0.01）,观察组疗效优于对照组.结论：在腰椎牵引及微波理疗的基础上加用中医正骨手法可以提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM massage. Methods： 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation were averagely divided into observation group and control group. To treat two groups by lumbar traction plus microwave therapy, to tract observation group in TCM massage based on control group, to observe effects of two groups after 15d. Results： Among 50 cases of observation groups, 15 were excellent, 20 were good, 10 were possible, 5 were poor; among 50 cases of control groups, 3 were excellent, 18 were good, 22 were possible, 7 were poor. The difference of the total effective rate between two groups has no significance （P〉0.05）, the difference of good rate between two groups has significance （P〈0.01）. The effect of observation group is better than control group. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation in TCM massage based on lumbar traction plus microwave therapy can increase the clinical effect.
