摘要
用膜片钳的方法,在培养wistar 大鼠乳鼠心室肌细胞上分别记录T 型、L 型、B 型钙通道的单通道活动。异马钱子碱显著激动3 种钙通道的活动,使其开放时间延长,关闭时间缩短,开放概率增加,而对通过每一种离子通道的离子流幅值无明显影响。采用电镜观察的方法。
Single channel activities of T type,L type,and B type Ca 2+ channels were recorded on single ventricular myocardiocyte of wistar rats,using cell attached patch clamp technique.We discovered that isobrucine 50μg/ml excited the activities of the three types of Ca 2+ channels significatively,increased the open state probability and lengthened the open time,without apparent influence on the amplitude of ionic current flow through the Ca 2+ channels.The antioxidative effect of isobrucine were studied by observation under electron microscope of cultured myocardiocytes.The results indicated that X XOD destroyed the myofilaments and mitochondria.Isobrucine was able to antagonize the variations induced by X XOD.
