摘要
现有文献主要从知识存量的视角研究了企业间知识转移与创新的绩效后果之间的关系,但却忽视了这种知识转移与创新的战略后果之间的关系.本文从知识结构的视角提出一个分析框架,指出企业间知识转移固然可以增加企业的知识存量,但更重要的是改变企业的知识结构,而由此引起的知识集群以及相应的核心设计概念和架构关系的变化则可更全面地分析企业间知识转移的创新性质.
Researchers study a lot on the relationship between inter-enterprise knowledge transfer and performance consequence of innovation from the perspective of knowledge storage,but the relationship between the knowledge transfer and strategy consequence of innovation seems to be neglected.From the perspective of knowledge structure,it proposes an analysis framework and puts forward that inter-enterprise knowledge transfer could increase their knowledge storage,and more importantly,it could change their knowledge structure. Knowledge clusters,core design concepts and the architectural relationships may also be changed correspondingly,by which the innovative nature of inter-enterprise knowledge transfer can be analyzed more roundly.
