摘要
目的:比较不同钙剂对大鼠骨代谢影响的差异。方法:以断乳SD雌性大鼠为模型,随机分为7个实验组与2个对照组,分别为纳米螯合钙组、L-天门冬氨酸钙组、柠檬酸苹果酸钙组、牦牛骨钙组、牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组以及碳酸钙对照组、低钙对照组,各组饲以用不同种钙剂配制的饲料以及低钙饲料,测量各组大鼠股骨骨密度、骨钙含量等指标。结果:在股骨远心端,纳米螯合钙、柠檬酸苹果酸钙、L-天门冬氨酸钙组骨密度高于低钙对照组与碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05)。L-天门冬氨酸钙组骨钙含量高于碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05)。牦牛骨钙组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶含量高于碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05)。结论:L-天门冬氨酸钙改善大鼠骨代谢的效果较好,可作为钙补充剂的较好选择。
【ObjectiveT】o investigate the effects of different calcium supplements on bone metabolism in rats.【Method】 Weaning female SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups of calcium nano chelatc,alcium citrate malateL,-aspartic acid calcium,yak bone calciumc,attle bone calcium,coral calcium,fish bone calcium,control groups of calcium carbonate and low calcium,and fed on different calcium supplements and low calcium in semi-purified diets respectively.Bone metabolic index was compared among different groups.【Result】The BMD of the femoral neck in group of calcium nano chelat,calcium citrate malate and calcium L-aspartic acid was higher than that of calcium control and low calcium groups(P0.05.) The bone calcium in group of calcium L-aspartic acid was higher than that of cattle bone calciumf,ish bone calcium and calcium carbonate control group(P0.05.) Serum alkaline phosphatase in group of cattle bone calcium was higher than that of calcium carbonate control group(P0.05.) 【Conclusion】 Effect of calcium L-aspartic acid on bone metabolism is better than other calcium supplements.
