摘要
采用有限元分析、台架试验以及整车可靠性道路试验相结合的方法,对车架进行轻量化设计;以现有车架为参照系,通过轻量化车架与现有车架有限元分析结果的对比,对轻量化设计进行评价;用有限元分析指导台架试验,又以台架试验数据及整车可靠性道路试验数据修正有限元模型。
By integrating with finite element analysis (FEA) method, test bed experiments and whole vehicle road reliability tests, the lighteweight design of vehicle frames is obtained. Referencing current vehicle frames and comparing FEA results of the lighteweight vehicle frames with those of current vehicle frames, the lighteweight design of vehicle frames is evaluated. While the test bed experiments are instructed by FEA, FEA model is modified by the test bed experimental data and whole vehicle road reliability test data.
