缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠心脏功能变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠心脏功能的变化特点。方法:采用电生理学方法,在常氧和缺氧条件下,观察不同剂量梭曼中毒后大鼠心脏功能指标的变化。结果:缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠心脏功能明显抑制,缺氧对心脏舒张功能的影响更为明显,梭曼中毒对心脏收缩功能的抑制严重。结论:缺氧和梭曼中毒同时作用对心脏可产生明显的复合损伤效应,表现为两种致伤效应的相加作用或相互加重作用。 Objective:To determine the characteristic of the changes of rats heart function due to soman intoxication in hypoxia.Methods:The soman-treated rats were employed as an experimental model to survey the variation of index responsible for heart function including HR, LVP,±dp/dt max and LVEDP under hypoxia.Results:There were dramatically injurt effects on heart function in rats after treated with soman or hypoxia or soman combined with hypoxia. The indices were inhibited significantly after injury by the two harmful factors.Conclusion:The combined effects on cardiovascular system were aggravated due to interaction of toxicity between hypoxia and soman.It means that hypoxia augments the cardiotoxicity of soman,or soman enhances the damage of hypoxia on heart function.
