摘要
以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,通过田间试验研究烟株打顶后喷施植物生长活性制剂1-3号(T1-T3)对烤烟上部叶光合特性、质体色素及其降解产物的影响。结果表明,处理上部叶的光合速率增加,蒸腾速率降低,水分利用效率得到提高,进而促进了叶绿素的适度降解同时抑制类胡萝卜素的过度降解。调制后各处理叶绿素降解产物新植二烯含量由高到低依次为T2、T4(CK)、T3、T1;类胡萝卜素降解产物总量由高到低依次为T2、T3、T1、T4(CK)。T2在打顶后40d叶绿素含量适中、类胡萝卜素含量较高,且调制后能够充分降解,其挥发性致香物质总量也最高。初步认为植物生长活性制剂2号对烤烟的生理调控效果较优。
After topping,the effect of plant growth substances on the leaf and synthetic characteristics,chromoplast pigment and degraded product contents of flue-cured tobacco upper leaves was studied according to the field experiment. The results showed that plant growth substances can raise the photosynthetic rate of the leaf at the upper part and reduce transpiration rate for the improvement of water-using efficiency. And it promotes the degradation of chlorophyll moderately as well as inhibited the degradation of carotenoids excessively. The order of contents of neoplytadiene degraded by chlorophyll was:T2T4(CK)T3T1. The order of contents of the products degraded by carotene was T2T3T1T4(CK). 40 days after topping,T2 had the highest contents of chlorophyll and carotene,which can be fully degraded,and its total content of volatile aroma matter after leaf curing was the highest,too.It was preliminarily thought that the Preparation No.2 could better promote the physiological and control function of flue-cured tobacco.
