摘要
通过对弧面分度凸轮廓面曲面的研究,在Pro/E4.0环境下完成了弧面分度凸轮进行三维实体建模,并且基于Vericut7.0环境下配置5轴数控机床对该零件进行数控加工仿真,对仿真结果进行优化,同时在对应的机床平台上进行输出,完成该零件复杂廓面的加工。
In this paper by research globoidal indexing cam profile,create globoidal indexing cam 3D modeling under the environment of Pro/E 4.0,then based on Vericut7.0 environment create 5-axis NC machine model to simulate the processing of NC machining,optimize the simulation result,then complete the part of complex profile processing by output corresponding machine platform
