摘要
详细研究了N- 乙烯基咔唑(NVC) 与丙烯酸丁酯(BA) 的共聚反应,用Fineman - Ross 法测定了两种单体的竞聚率,发现两单体的竞聚率比较接近,可以进行较好的共聚合反应。通过TEM 观察,发现加入共聚单体BA 可以大大改善聚乙烯基咔唑(PVK) 的成膜性能。对掺有C60 的NVC/BA 共聚物的光电导性能进行研究,结果表明掺有C60 的共聚物也具有较好的光电导性能,即使共聚物中BA 单元的摩尔含量达到50 % 左右时,其光电导性能仍与纯PVK 相当,而成膜性能非常好,进一步增加BA 的含量,光电导性能有所下降。以上实验结果说明,在不影响PVK/C60 体系光电导的情况下,可以通过共聚来改善该体系的成膜性能。
The copolymerization of N-vinyl carbazole with butyl acrylate was studied in toluene at 60 ℃ using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The reactivity ratios of the monomers were determined by the Fineman-Ross methods, their reactivity ratios have very similar values, the monomer compositions of starting mixture were very close to the monomer unite compositions in the final copolymers. Adding BA in the copolymers, the T g of copolymers decreased quickly. Comparing with pure PVK, the film properties of the copolymer were pretty good. The photoconductivity of PVK and its copolymer doped with C 60 also has been studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that adding C 60 in PVK could improve its photoconductivity dramatically. The NVC/BA copolymers doped with C 60 also had good photoconductivity. The photoconductivity of NVC/BA copolymer containing 50% BA unite doped with C 60 was similar to pure PVK system, and this system also had good film properties. Further increase of the BA unite in the copolymer, the photoconductivity of the copolymer system would decrease slowly. All experimental results proved copolymerization is a good method to improve the film properties of PVK system.
