摘要
在酶传感器的制备工艺中,生物酶的固化及其催化反应的过程决定了酶传感器的灵敏性、选择性以及使用寿命,是整个工艺过程最为关键的环节。文章以生物酶的固化及催化过程作为研究重点,将壳聚糖、碳纳米管以及纳米金等材料应用于酶传感器的制备过程,利用壳聚糖的生物兼容性、多羟基结构以及其他纳米材料的物理特性,有效提高了葡萄糖生物传感器的灵敏性和使用寿命。
In enzyme sensor manufacturing process,enzymes and catalytic reaction of the curing process of the decide the enzyme sensor sensitivity,selectivity and life critical,it's the most critical aspect of process.This research focuses on enzymes and catalytic process of curing,applicated chitosan,carbon nanotubes,gold nanoparticles and other materials in the process of enzyme biosensor,used the biocompatibility of chitosan,polyhydroxy structure and other physical properties of nano-materials,and effectively improved the glucose biosensor sensitivity and service life.
