摘要
检察机关办案风险具有与一般风险相同的特征,即具有普遍性、客观性、损失性、不确定性等特点,可以利用全面风险管理的理论,对检察机关办案风险进行评估,构建检察机关办案风险管理的机制和风险评估的指标体系和模型。
In handling a case,the Procurator organs shares the same characteristics as other ordinary risks-university,objectivity,loss and uncertainty.Taking the advantage of EWRM（enterprise-wide risk management）,we can evaluate the risk in case-handling by the procurator organs,and therefore construct the mechanism of risk management in case-handling by the Procurator organs and the index system and mode of risk evaluation.
