盐度变化对黑藻生长和光合作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以黑藻为实验材料,于室内可控条件下在自来水培养液中培养2 d后,分别放入5个不同盐度培养液(0,3,6,9,12)中培养1 d,不断交替重复4次(上述盐度变化处理分别记为S0,S1,S2,S3,S4),以研究黑藻在不同盐度变化处理下的生长和光合作用。结果表明,与对照S0组相比,较小的盐度变化(S1组)对黑藻的生长有促进作用,而较大的盐度变化(S2~S4组)则对黑藻的生长产生不同程度的抑制甚至伤害作用,表现在生物量和生长率下降、叶绿素a含量减少以及光合作用速率降低。呼吸作用速率在不同盐度变化处理下没有显著差异。黑藻对盐度变化具有一定的抵抗力,通过降低其光合活性来维持正常的生理活动。 Hydrilla verticillata, the experimental culture medium for two days, and in five seawater material in this study, culture media (0, 3, 6, was kept in freshwater 9, 12) for one day respectively. The salt fluctuation was repeated four times, and corresponding treatments were marked with S0, S1, S2, S3 and S4 respectively. The growth and photosynthesis of Hydrilla verticillata were studied under controlled laboratory conditions at five salt fluctuation treatments. Results showed that the less salt fluctuation treatment (S1), as compared to the control (S0), promoted the growth of Hydrilla verticillata at the S1 treatment. However, the wider salt fluctuation treatments (S2--S4) had an inhibiting or a harmful effect with decreased biomass, growth rates, chlorophyll a contents and photosynthetic rates. The respiratory rates of Hydrilla verticillata had no significant differences among five salt fluctuation treatments. Hydrilla verticillata was able to tolerate salt fluctuations by decreasing its photosynthetic activity.
