摘要
以铸造铝合金ZL201为研究对象,系统研究了挤压铸造成形工艺条件下,挤压压力、浇注温度、模具温度等工艺参数对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,ZL201的挤压铸造组织细密均匀,且随着挤压压力的增大,铸件的组织越加细密;结合实验结果,确定了ZL201合适的挤压工艺参数:浇注温度750℃、挤压压力60MPa、模具温度保持在250℃左右。在合适的工艺条件下,铸件的组织和性能良好,经过T4热处理后,铸件本体试样的抗拉强度和延伸率可以达到310MPa和9.27%。
The effects of specific pressure, pouring temperature and mold temperature on mierostreture and mechanical properties of ZL201 for squeeze casting were investigated in this paper. The experiment results showed that the grained structure became thin with the increase of specific pressure. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the casting, which were repeatedly prepared by casting experiment, were analyzed and compared, process parameters of squeeze casting were optimized: specific pressure is 60Mpa, alloy pouring temperature is 750% and mold temperature is about 250℃. After T4 heat-treatment, the tensile property of the alloy was up to 310Mpa and percentage elongation reached 9.27%.
