摘要
通过改变Si的含量,对发动机缸盖用铸造铝硅合金力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着Si含量的提高,铸造Al-Si合金的常温、250℃高温抗拉强度先升高,再降低,在共晶点附近达到最大值,其中高温抗拉强度的提高幅度明显。而合金的硬度先是缓慢上升,过了共晶区域后则急剧上升。与国外的常用缸盖材料的力学性能进行对比后发现,所研究的发动机缸盖用铸造铝硅合金具有优良的综合力学性能。
Effects of different Si contents on mechanical properties of cast Al-Si alloy for engine cylinder head were investigated.With increasing in Si content,ambient and elevated tensile strength of the alloy are firstly increased and then decreased,and maximum tensile strength value can be observed at eutectic point of the Al-Si alloy,especially improvement of elevated tensile strength.Hardness of the alloy is firstly ascended slowly and then raised dramatically at hypereutectic state.Compared with conventional Al-Si alloy for engine cylinder head,the prepared alloy exhibits desirable mechanical properties.
