摘要
广州市针对"三旧"改造出台了穗府[2009]56号文件,其中用3~5年的时间完成52条城中村改造工作的目标备受关注。此政策的出台将对住房土地供应市场产生影响。本文针对"城中村"改造的政策变化,从空间布局的角度探讨"城中村"改造对广州住宅供应造成的影响,认为推进"城中村"改造既能增加中心城区住宅用地供给量,缓解住房供求矛盾,也能改善未来住房供应的空间布局。
It is attracted extensive attention that Guangzhou government introduced No.56 [2009] document for the reform of "three old"(old town,old village and old factory building),which plans to complete the reform of 52 villages in city(VIC) in 3-5 years.This policy will undoubtedly exert an influence on housing land supply market.This paper researches the effect on housing supply from the reform of VIC by anglicizing the chance of policy in the perspective of spatial arrangement,concludes that reform of VIC will increase housing land supply in the downtown,relieve the housing contradiction between supply and demand and improve the spatial arrangement of housing supply in future.
