摘要
将辽宁作为一个闭合区域,从水资源平衡的角度出发,分析了1991~2004年辽宁的水资源状况及降水量与水资源总量之间的相互关系。在此基础上,建立了评估人工增雨量对水资源量贡献的计算方法,用以回答人工增雨对水资源的贡献。
Based on the water resource balance,the correlation between both the Liaoning water resource and precipitation and total amount of water resource from 1991 to 2004 was analyzed by assuming Liaoning to be an enclosed region.And the calculation methods were developed to quantitatively determine the increase of rainfall due to artificial precipitation,and consequently ascertain the contribution of artificial rainfall amount to water resources.
