摘要
研究目的:近年来,北方冬季频繁出现异常的寒流,使高速铁路站台管廊消防保温干管时有冻裂、漏水,影响消防设施不能使用。通过调研发现,主要是管廊中消防保温干管上只设有消火栓,没有其它用水户;干管两端分别接客车上水主干管,与客车上水管形成并联管网。在无客车上水时,消防保温干管两端水压基本处于平衡,管内流速很低、基本没有热交换。针对存在的问题,探讨了湿式管道冻害防护与干式管道消防系统的方案,为高速铁路车站消防设计提供借鉴。研究结论:北方车站消防管道设计,有条件时应设置在岩土中冰冻线下。否则,应有防护方案;设计可依据当地具体情况,因地制宜地选择湿式管道冻害防护或干式管道消防系统的方案。
Research purposes: As the exceptional cold wave occurs frequently in north China recently to cause the forst crack and leakage of the fire pipe installed in the station platform of high-speed railway,the fire equipments don't work efficiently.It is found in the investigation that the fire pipe installed in the platform is used only for hydrant with its ends connected with the water pipe for passenger train to form a parallel water supply pipeline network.When there is no water supply to passenger train,the water pressure in fire pipe is basically in equilibrium and the velocity of the water flow in fire pipe is low with a little heat exchange.Aiming at this problem,the discussion is made on the frost protection measure to wet or dry fire pipe system installed in platform of high-speed railway in north China to provide the reference to design of fire-fighting system installed the platform of high-speed railway.Research conclusions:The fire pipe installed in platform of high-speed railway in north China should be layed below the frost line of soil if possible.Otherwise,the frost protection measure should be taken to the wet or dry fire pipe system according the concrete local conditions.
