摘要
介绍了档案库房管理中的保密工作,阐述了涉密档案的科学管理、档案人员的职责和素质及培训,提出了应做好电子档案的保密工作及档案开放与利用中的保密工作。
This paper introduces the secret information safeguarding work in the management of archival repository,expounds the scientific management of classified archives and the responsibility,quality and training of the personnel responsible for the archives management,and points out that the secret information safeguarding work in electronic archives and in the opening and utilization of archives should be done well.
