摘要 曲面最佳适配是曲面误差评定的基础。采用基于统计学的Bootstrap方法,推导出测量点数据与曲面模型之间曲面最佳适配参数的联合置信区间。曲面最佳适配的不确定度用该联合置信区间来表示。不确定度评定独立于检测和曲面最佳适配过程,只是一个附加的数值分析过程。根据测量数据就可以直接得到曲面最佳适配的不确定度。 Freeform surface best fit is the foundation of evaluation of freeform surface errors.Using the Bootstrap method which is based on statistical method,joint confidence interval of freeform surface best fit parameters among the measurement data and the nominal geometry can be derived.The uncertainty of the freeform surface best fit can be represented as the joint confidence interval.Bootstrap method is independent of the detailed measurement and freeform surface best fit procedure,which is just an additional numerical analysis procedure.The uncertainty of the freeform surface best fit can be obtained from the measurement data.
