摘要
采用液体有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物改性环氧树脂,聚酰胺为固化剂,研究了改性环氧树脂胶粘剂耐人工海水性能,并对改性环氧树脂进行了力学性能、DMA、SEM和XPS分析测试。结果表明:改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,特别是-C=O官能团增韧剂改性的环氧树脂胶粘剂,在人工海水实验中,虽然玻璃化转变温度和内聚强度下降,但老化过程中剪切强度却保持不变,原因是改性环氧树脂胶粘剂具有较多的极性基团,与被粘接材料具有较强的作用力。
The durability of the modification epoxy adhesive in salt water is studied with single lap shear strength,and analyzed by DMA,SEM and XPS.In salt water,on the one hand Cl-ions can accelerate the hydrolyzation of N-H in the adhesive,yet decrease the Tg and cohesive strength of the adhesive.On the other hand,a great of polar functional groups are produced,so single lap shear strength of the adhesive do not decrease.In order to increase the single lap shear strength and durability of the adhesive,adhesive should be modificated by the toughness with polar functional group,especially-C=O group be formula.
