摘要
环境保护是我国的一项基本国策。随着我国国民经济的蓬勃发展,城市快速路建设步伐越来越大。近年来,我国城市快速路总里程不断增长,汽车保有量持续增加,快速路在国民经济综合运输体系中的位置愈来愈重要。伴随着城市快速路的高速发展,快速路污染、快速路对周边环境影响等问题也大量凸现出来。
The protection of the environment is a basic national policy of our country.With the flourish development of our national economy,the urban expressway construction pace are more and more faster.During recent years,in our country,the total mileage of urban expressway has been increasing,and vehicle population has also been increasing,expressway has turned more and more important in the synthetical transportation system of national economy.The problems of pollution and effects of surrounding environment have arisen along with the rapid development of urban expressway.
