Investigation on aluminum contamination of food in Ouhai

摘要 目的:为了解瓯海区食品中的铝污染情况,提出铝污染控制对策和建议。方法:对辖区部分市售食品抽样检测,检验方法按照GB/T 5009.182-2003执行,即铬天青S比色法;卫生学评价按食品中污染物限量(GB2762-2005)铝≤100 mg/kg判为合格进行,并对结果进行分析。结果:共检的的236份样品中,所检项目合格的165份,合格率70%。其中油条合格率仅为25%;其次是馒头合格率57.14%。结论:瓯海区部分面制食品中铝含量超标严重,它直接危害人们健康,应引起有关部门重视。 Objective:In order to understand the aluminum contamination in food in Ouhai,and put forward countermeasures for aluminum pollution in foods.Methods: Sampling some food of Ouhai,test method according to GB / T 5009.182-2003 implementation,chrome azurol S color method;and make a healthy evaluation through Flour foods Al Limited(GB 2762-2005 aluminum ≤100 mg/kg is qualified),and the results were analyzed.Results: Detect 236 samples,the inspection of 165 qualified projects,the qualified rate was 70%,the the qualified rate of twisted crullers was 25%,and the qualified rate of steamed bread was 57.14%.Conclusion: The content of aluminum in some four foods exceeded seriously,because aluminum has a direct threat to people′s health,the related departments shoud pay attention to it.
