摘要
针对国内现有的高等教育满意度模型存在的不足,在结构方程的权数确定时采用了基于因子分析的Probit模型,从而建立学生满意度模型,弥补了现有方法的不足,既能避免指标的选择主观性强,又能找到影响学生满意度的主要因素以及这些因素的影响程度,进而为提高学生满意度提出合理化建议。
This paper pointed out that satisfaction with the shortcomings of current domestic model about college student satisfaction with educational services, and determined the weights in the structural equation based on factor analysis of the Probit model.This paper built the student satisfaction models to make up the deficiencies of existing methods.This model could avoid the selection of indicators subjectivity,but also can affect students find satisfaction of the main factors and the impact of these factors,then can be made to improve student satisfaction rationalization proposals.
