摘要
分析和研究了危险源预警过程、危险评估技术,将后果模拟和危险评估有效结合进行预警,进行定性分析和定量分析,提出了危险源安全预警过程信息处理结构,设计了危险源预警信息处理模型,重点分析和研究了危险源的辨识、后果模拟、危险评估和预警技术。结合实例,利用计算机仿真技术进行了泄漏扩散事故危险后果模拟。通过应用实践证明,模拟结果与实际较相近。
The early warning is an important research field in the hazard source safety control application,and it can improve the monitoring and the management continuously,realize the risk prevention and control of the hazard source in advance.This article analyses and studies the early warning process and the assessment technology of the hazard source,hazard simulation is combined with risk assessment,by using the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis,and the processing structure of hazard source early warning information is proposed,and the dangerous source early warning information processing model is designed.The hazard identification,consequence simulation,risk assessment and early warning technology are analyzed and researched mostly with examples.The leakage and diffusion accident of the hazard consequence is simulated by using the computer simulation technology.It is proved that the structure of the early warning combing with simulation and the early warning method are effective,and has a certain value.
