摘要 以嘉绍跨江大桥北副航道桥承台施工为背景,重点阐述强涌潮浅海河流中承台施工方案比选。主要从围堰结构及施工方法2个方面对双壁钢吊箱围堰、双壁钢套箱围堰及钢板桩围堰3种方案进行比选,根据3种方案的优缺点,考虑到强涌潮及冲刷等关键因素,最终采用双壁钢吊箱围堰方案。最后总结了双壁钢吊箱围堰施工的操作技术要点。目前,该桥10个桥墩已完成8个桥墩的承台施工,说明该方案可行。 Backgrounded by the construction of the pile caps of the north auxiliary shipping channel bridge of the Jiashao Bridge,the comparison and selection of construction schemes for the pile caps in strong tide and shallow sea river are mainly described.The three construction schemes using the double-wall steel suspension cofferdam,double-wall steel boxed cofferdam and steel sheet pile cofferdam are compared from two aspects of the cofferdam structures and construction methods and the scheme of the double-wall steel suspension cofferdam is finally chosen in consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes and the critical factors of the strong tide and scouring.The key technical points of the construction by the double-wall steel suspension cofferdam are summarized herewith and the smooth construction of the pile caps of the eight of the totally ten piers of the bridge at present proves that the scheme is feasible.
